Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Smart Puzzle mobile application (the "App") operated by FullStackHub ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FullStackHub and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy virtual currency or items.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• We reserve the right to change the pricing of any in-app purchase at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FullStackHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullStackHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
